Rowing School
For 12-14 year olds.
From discovery to perfection.
A healthy mind resides in a healthy body... It's scientifically proven that sport and studies go well together.
Exercise is a brain booster. It oxygenates neurons, relaxes nerves, improves concentration, self-control, confidence, immune defenses, and productivity at work.
The earlier you start, the easier it is to achieve your academic and athletic goals.
Each age has its own learning opportunities!

From 9 to 11 years old
BUILDING THE FOUNDATIONS IN DIVERSITY by relying on the federal program
2 sessions per week:
Wednesday afternoon: Boat session. We lay the foundations for individual and collective rowing techniques and develop endurance.
Preparation and validation for Bronze and Silver level rowing certificates .
Participation in the "Young Rowers Challenge" days
Participation in certain regional regattas.
Friday evening: floor session to work on fundamental motor skills and develop explosiveness and strength.
NO J11 SECTION THIS 2023/2024 SEASON
From 12 to 14 years old
BECOME AN ATHLETE BEFORE BEING A CHAMPION
3 sessions per week:
Wednesday and Saturday afternoons: Boat sessions. Techniques are developed and/or perfected. Exercises become more precise. The level of challenge increases. Endurance work is reinforced.
Preparation for passing the Level 1, 2 and 3 rowing certificates
Participation in the "National Youth Championship"
Friday evening: floor session to work on general coordination, postural work, flexibility.
We have fun training! by relying on the federal program.
